We all jumped onto facebook, and then it wasn&rsquo;t worth it to pay a webhost to share your inner-most thoughts with the internet, and then everyone was there and then it got more and more awful and Cory Doctorow got to coin a new term about it and, at the risk of turning this run-on sentence even longer, has there ever been an oracle as strongly vindicated as Doctorow?</p>
